INTRODUCTION

I was personally impressed by these three lessons. These topics enabled me to learn more about a topic about which I have a keen curiosity.

1. Personal Development- Mental Health and Well Being in Middle and Late Adolescence.

I was able to gain an advanced knowledge of possible reasons and important factors for young people mental health during this class. I was able to determine which of the stated mental health issues I actually had. I am now more knowledgeable and able to identify possible solutions to it.

2. Personal Development- Identifying Cause and Effect of Stress in One's life.

It's obvious that my favorite subject in my senior high school so far is Personal Development. "Identifying cause and effect of stress in one's life" Helped me to have a better understanding on the word "STRESS". Stress can be bad, but there are also some good stress. It enlightens me that not because we think that something is bad, that doesn't mean it cannot be good. 

3. Emp-tech: The Current State of ICT  Technologies

I obtained more understanding about technology from this subject. The thought of "how can they create this kind of technology?" amazed me even more. I didn't even know that there is such trends in ICT and the types of mobile OS, until we had this lesson.  I don't personally like ICT, but it attracted my interest in technology, therefore I'm ending up liking this subject more than I expected to.

A Chess is not just about a game. It is about thinking, planning, patience, decision making, and resilience. The game chess teaches us to look at the bigger picture, to notice that even a small moves can make a big impact. Because, in order to win, you have to make a move, and if you believe, every move, every step that you make, has a great purpose.
